About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor live CCTV feeds to ensure the safety and security of company premises, employees, customers, and assets.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, security breaches, and unusual incidents promptly.
- Review and retrieve recorded footage when required for investigations.
- Maintain accurate logs of incidents, observations, and security-related activities.
- Immediately escalate emergencies and security concerns to the relevant departments.
- Ensure CCTV equipment and monitoring systems are functioning properly and report any technical issues.
- Maintain strict confidentiality when handling surveillance footage and sensitive information.
- Follow company security procedures and reporting protocols.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or a similar role is preferred.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to operate CCTV monitoring and recording systems.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods.
- Good communication skills and the ability to respond calmly under pressure.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Willingness to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, or public holidays, as required.
