We're Hiring | Barista (Experience in Specialty Coffee & Healthy Beverages).
ALWAZN ALMITHALY is one of Saudi Arabia's leading health and wellness companies, specializing in nutritional supplements, healthy lifestyle solutions, and premium customer experiences. As part of our expansion, we are launching a Healthy Drinks Bar inside one of our flagship branches and are looking for a passionate Barista to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and healthy beverages, including protein shakes, smoothies, fresh juices, and specialty drinks.
- Ensure consistency in beverage preparation according to company recipes and quality standards.
- Maintain exceptional customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest.
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock shortages.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
- Assist in developing new healthy beverage recipes and seasonal menu items.
- Work closely with the branch team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Barista (minimum 1 year preferred).
- Experience preparing coffee, smoothies, juices, and healthy beverages is highly preferred.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, professional appearance, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia.
