We are looking for a Q-Commerce & Marketplace Operations Specialist to manage and grow Al Wazn Al Mithali’s presence across leading Q-Commerce and marketplace platforms such as Ninja, HungerStation, Jahez, and other relevant digital channels.
The role manages day-to-day platform operations across a large multi-branch network and a high-volume SKU portfolio, covering catalog accuracy, online inventory, pricing, promotions, dark-store availability, platform performance, partner relationships, and new platform onboarding.
What You’ll Do
* Own product listings, SKU mapping, catalog accuracy, and digital merchandising across a large SKU portfolio.
* Manage online stock availability and pricing across multiple branches, dark stores, and digital channels.
* Monitor inventory performance, including stock on hand, stock cover, OOS, sell-through, and availability by location.
* Support demand forecasting, replenishment planning, and stock allocation based on sales trends and platform performance.
* Identify stock imbalances across branches and dark stores and coordinate corrective actions to improve availability and reduce lost sales.
* Monitor sales, cancellations, fulfillment performance, and key platform KPIs.
* Drive in-app promotions, bundles, offers, and marketing campaigns in coordination with platform account managers.
* Manage platform relationships, operational issues, claims, reimbursements, and order discrepancies.
* Lead onboarding and go-live activities for new Q-Commerce and marketplace platforms.
* Track pricing, promotions, competitor activity, and commercial opportunities across digital channels.
* Build daily and weekly performance reports and provide actionable commercial insights.
What You’ll Need
Must-have
2–3 years of hands-on experience in Q-commerce and e-commerce/marketplace operations, with practical exposure to both.
Experience managing operations across multiple branches, dark stores, and a large SKU portfolio.
Strong understanding of *Stock on Hand, Stock Cover, OOS, Demand Forecasting, Replenishment, and Inventory Allocation**.
Hands-on experience with *seller/vendor dashboards*.
Strong knowledge of *catalog management, inventory, pricing, promotions, and platform operations*.
* Strong Excel skills, including data analysis, pivot tables, lookups, reconciliation, and performance reporting.
* Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken, for professional communication with platforms and account managers.
* Strong commercial and marketing mindset with a focus on sales growth, visibility, and promotional performance.
* Excellent communication, follow-up, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and the ability to manage high-volume operations in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
Experience with *ERP/POS/WMS/Inventory System Integrations**.
Background in *Supplements, Nutrition, Pharmacy, FMCG, Grocery, Retail, or Health and Wellness**.
Previous experience in the *KSA or GCC market**.
