We are looking for passionate and customer-focused Sales Consultants to join our growing team and help customers achieve their health and fitness goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers and provide professional consultations based on their health, fitness, and nutritional goals.
- Recommend suitable nutritional supplements and wellness products according to customers' needs.
- Build strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional shopping experience.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to branch performance.
- Promote new products, campaigns, and seasonal offers to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain excellent product knowledge and stay updated on the company's product portfolio.
- Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising and brand standards.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Maintain showroom cleanliness and ensure an organized, welcoming retail environment.
- Comply with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Pharmacy, Agriculture, Science.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, nutrition, supplements, healthcare, or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in nutrition and sales are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultative selling skills.
- Passion for health, fitness, and customer education.
- Ability to achieve sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts.
