About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee accounting, sales, and inventory data across ERP systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Prepare, analyse, and maintain advanced financial and sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, and data validation).
  • Supervise invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable follow-ups, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
  • Support and coordinate with the sales team on order management, pricing structures, distributor relations, and customer account matters.
  • Proven experience in managing lease contracts and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and contractual requirements.
  • Proven experience in working with internal and external auditors, preparing audit documentation, and facilitating audit processes.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy between accounting records, inventory movements, and sales transactions.
  • Maintain and improve filing systems for contracts, invoices, and supporting documents.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions using ERP systems, Excel, and AI-powered tools.
  • Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects involving finance and sales operations.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
  • CPA, CMA, or other professional certifications are a plus.
  • At least 2 years of experience in KSA in accounting, finance, sales operations, or commercial administration.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including reporting, dashboards, complex formulas, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
  • Proven ability to analyse sales and financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in accounting, reporting, automation, and productivity enhancement.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
