We are looking for a Q-Commerce & Dark Store Vendor Operations Specialist to manage and grow our business across platforms such as Ninja, HungerStation, Jahez, Noon Minutes, and other Q-Commerce channels.
The role involves managing daily platform operations, driving sales growth, coordinating promotions, and overseeing inventory availability and replenishment across dark stores.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings, SKU mapping, catalog accuracy, pricing, and availability across Q-Commerce platforms.
- Monitor sales performance, identify growth opportunities, and improve product visibility.
- Track competitor pricing and coordinate promotions, bundles, and in-app campaigns.
- Monitor stock availability, SOH, OOS, Stock Cover, and Sell-Through across dark stores.
- Coordinate purchase orders, stock allocation, and replenishment with platform teams.
- Analyze Sell-In vs. Sell-Out to improve availability and reduce lost sales.
- Work closely with platform Account Managers to resolve operational issues, claims, and discrepancies.
- Support onboarding of new platforms and prepare daily and weekly performance reports.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of practical experience in Q-Commerce platform management or Dark Store Vendor Operations.
- Experience working with Q-Commerce partner or vendor dashboards.
- Good understanding of catalog management, pricing, promotions, inventory, and replenishment.
- Strong Excel, data analysis, and reporting skills.
- Good written and spoken English.
- Ability to manage multiple platforms, follow up on daily operations, and identify commercial opportunities.
- Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC markets is preferred.

We are looking for candidates with direct experience in Q-Commerce platform operations and vendor management. Experience limited to traditional e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Salla, or Zid, or general warehouse operations, would not be relevant to this position.
