Key Responsibilities:

Manage and continuously optimize the e-commerce website, including products, categories, content, promotions, offers, and new product launches.
Manage website merchandising, product placement, cross-selling, upselling, and promotional visibility.
Monitor and analyze sales, revenue, profitability, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, CAC, ROAS, and customer behavior.
Identify sales opportunities, performance gaps, and trends, and take timely actions to improve results.
Manage and monitor digital marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing team and optimize budgets based on performance and profitability.
Develop and implement SEO and e-commerce content strategies to improve organic traffic and online visibility.
Monitor website performance and conduct QA/QC, CRO, A/B testing, and continuous improvements to the customer journey.
Analyze customer behavior, identify drop-off points, and improve conversion and checkout performance.
Monitor product availability and coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Marketing, IT, Shipping, and Customer Service to ensure smooth operations.
Resolve operational and technical issues affecting the website, orders, payments, pricing, shipping, or customer experience.
Monitor competitors, pricing, promotions, and market trends and provide recommendations to improve the company's competitive position.
Analyze customer feedback, complaints, returns, and purchasing behavior to identify opportunities for improving the online experience.
Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and KPIs and provide actionable recommendations to management.
Coordinate with creative and marketing teams to ensure high-quality banners, campaigns, product content, and promotional materials across digital channels.
Take fast and commercially sound decisions when facing sudden changes in sales, advertising performance, stock availability, website issues, or promotional campaigns.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Proven experience in E-Commerce Management / E-Commerce Operations.
Strong understanding of E-commerce, Digital marketing, SEO, analytics, merchandising, and CRO.
Experience with CMS platforms, GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and e-commerce analytics tools.
Strong commercial thinking with the ability to connect website performance with sales and profitability.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret data and turn insights into practical business decisions.
Excellent coordination and communication skills with cross-functional teams.
High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of the e-commerce operation.
