About the Job
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
- Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
- Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, and Operations teams to maximize business performance.
- Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI.
- Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
- Build relationships with agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including leadership experience.
- Previous experience in retail, healthcare, FMCG, nutrition, supplements, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Social Media.
- Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
