Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms.
Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.
Manage the company's brand identity and ensure consistency across all marketing channels.
Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Plan and oversee promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, E-commerce, and Operations teams to maximize business performance.
Manage the marketing budget and evaluate campaign ROI.
Monitor marketing performance using analytics tools and prepare regular performance reports.
Build relationships with agencies, influencers, and strategic partners.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in Marketing, including leadership experience.
Previous experience in retail, healthcare, FMCG, nutrition, supplements, or e-commerce is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing, Branding, Performance Marketing, and Social Media.
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO, and CRM systems.
Excellent analytical, leadership, and project management skills.
Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
