Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee accounting, sales, and inventory data across ERP systems and reporting tools, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Prepare, analyse, and maintain advanced financial and sales reports using Excel and Google Sheets (pivot tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, IF formulas, dashboards, and data validation).
Supervise invoice processing, accounts receivable/payable follow-ups, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
Support and coordinate with the sales team on order management, pricing structures, distributor relations, and customer account matters.
Proven experience in managing lease contracts and ensuring compliance with applicable accounting and contractual requirements.
Proven experience in working with internal and external auditors, preparing audit documentation, and facilitating audit processes.
Ensure consistency and accuracy between accounting records, inventory movements, and sales transactions.
Maintain and improve filing systems for contracts, invoices, and supporting documents.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders in both Arabic and English.
Identify process improvement opportunities and implement automation solutions using ERP systems, Excel, and AI-powered tools.
Mentor and support junior team members and contribute to cross-functional projects involving finance and sales operations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (mandatory).
CPA, CMA, or other professional certifications are a plus.
At least 2 years of experience in KSA in accounting, finance, sales operations, or commercial administration.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, including reporting, dashboards, complex formulas, and data analysis.
Strong experience with ERP systems and accounting processes, including reconciliations and financial reporting.
Proven ability to analyse sales and financial data and provide actionable insights.
Knowledge of AI tools and their practical application in accounting, reporting, automation, and productivity enhancement.
Excellent English and Arabic communication skills (written and verbal).
Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.

Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and collaborate effectively across departments.
